These terms define the rules for using NEXUS during beta and on paid plans.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NEXUS, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity in your workspace. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — you keep access until the end of the billing cycle already paid for and the account automatically moves to the Free plan, with no data loss. No partial refunds for periods already started. To deactivate (reversible for 30 days) or permanently delete your account, see the Cancellation page (/cancellation).

4. Content

The data you create is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, display, export and back up that data while the account is active.

5. Kai and LLM usage

Each plan may have a monthly call or LLM cost limit. When that limit is reached, we may block new calls until the next cycle starts or until the plan is upgraded.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts with abusive, illegal or fraudulent usage, or usage that compromises the security, availability or integrity of the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is during beta. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages resulting from misuse of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated and may require acceptance again on the next login.
